"Got one of those for me?"
I love to spend time with the puffins on the Farne Islands, Northumberland, England. They have so much character. Skillful yet clumsy at the same time. Always adorable!
Atlantic puffins, like most seabirds appear to breed with one partner for life. They spend six months of winter out at sea and return to the same nest site in April to breed. The Farne Islands are busy with over 40,000 breeding pairs by late May.
